Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

Rapid Router is operated by Creativefuel Private Limited, registered at First Floor, Gravity Mall, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. We do not knowingly provide the service to minors.

3. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for everything done with your account and your API keys, including spend. Keys are shown once at creation and stored by us only as a hash, so we cannot recover a lost key. You create a new one instead. Tell us immediately at support@rapidrouter.ai if a key leaks, and revoke it from your dashboard. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is compromised, being used for fraud, or being used in breach of these terms.

4. What the service is

Rapid Router forwards your request to an upstream model provider, returns their response, and bills you for the tokens used. We are the merchant of record: you contract with us, and we hold the commercial relationship with the providers. We do not train models and we do not build models.

The catalog changes. Providers add, rename, reprice and retire models at their own discretion, and a model can become unavailable without notice. We are not liable for a provider's downtime, rate limits, content decisions or withdrawal of a model.

5. Provider terms apply to you as well

Every request runs on some provider's infrastructure and is subject to that provider's terms and usage policies in addition to ours. A provider may refuse, filter or flag a request under its own rules. Choosing a model means accepting the terms attached to it; it is your responsibility to check them for the models you use.

6. Credits, pricing and payment

The service runs on prepaid credits. Credits are bought and held in US dollars, the currency providers charge us in, so there is no conversion. Credits can only be spent on Rapid Router usage, and are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not a payment instrument of any kind.

Usage is billed at the provider's list price shown in the catalog, with nothing added per request. Our platform fee, currently     , is charged once, when you buy credits, and is shown on the pricing page and on the top-up screen. Prices can change when a provider changes theirs; the catalog reflects the current rate.

An invoice in US dollars is issued on every top-up. It is raised as an export of service and zero-rated, so no tax is added to it.

7. Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded within 24 hours of the recharge. Credits already spent on completed API requests cannot be refunded, because the underlying provider has already charged us for them. The full terms are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Rapid Router for anything unlawful, or to generate content that is illegal under Indian law. The full list of prohibitions is in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. Breaking it can result in immediate suspension.

9. Your content

You keep all rights in what you send and what you get back. We claim no ownership of your prompts or outputs, and we do not use them to train anything. We do not keep prompt or response content beyond what a feature you used needs: Capture for the window a key chose, the response cache for its expiry, Batch API results for 30 days and an Idempotency-Key replay for 24 hours. You are responsible for having the rights to what you send, and for what you do with what comes back. AI output can be wrong, biased or fabricated. Evaluate it before you rely on it, and keep a human in the loop for anything that matters.

10. Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Maintenance, provider outages and upstream failures will happen.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. Unused credits at closure are refundable only within the window in the refund policy. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for suspected fraud, or where required by law. Credits are forfeited where an account is closed for a serious breach.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
