What you receive
Rapid Router sells API access, delivered electronically. There is no physical product, no shipping, and no delivery address.
When you receive it
Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within seconds. Your API key works immediately and can be used from your dashboard the moment it is created.
If credits do not arrive
If a payment succeeds but your balance does not update within 30 minutes, email support@rapidrouter.ai with the payment reference. We will either credit the account or refund the payment in full.
Service area
The API is available worldwide. Billing is in US dollars, and each invoice is raised as a zero-rated export of service with no tax added.
